Luxinailsspa sends text messages to customers who provide their mobile number and consent at our salon, on our in-store check-in tablet, or through our online booking form. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, check-in and service updates, post-visit feedback requests, and periodic reminders to book your next visit.
You opt in by giving your mobile number verbally at our front desk, entering it on our in-store check-in tablet, or submitting it through the booking form on our website. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies — typically 2–6 messages per month depending on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (269) 431-2468.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
