No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Luxinailsspa related to your appointments (booking confirmations, appointment reminders, check-in/service updates, post-visit feedback requests, and periodic reminders to book your next visit). Message frequency varies — typically 2–6 messages per month depending on your visits. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt in through our online booking form at /booking, our in-store check-in tablet, or verbally at the front desk. Each opt-in path displays this SMS consent disclosure with STOP/HELP language before you submit your phone number.
We send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, review requests) and occasional promotions. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in the email footer.
Your information is stored securely and only accessed by authorized Luxinailsspa staff. We do not sell your personal information.
